Beaches:

Saunton Sands Beach: Saunton Sands is a huge sandy beach which stretches for 3 miles south. The beach is popular with surfers and parking and facilities are close to the beach.

Croyde Beach: Croyde Bay is a sandy beach backed by sand dunes and situated in a small bay on the North Devon Coast. Croyde Bay is very popular with swimmers more experienced surfers and sunbathers and rated as one of the best surfing beaches in the world.

Woolacombe/Putsborough Beach: This three-mile long stretch of golden sand is renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities. Lifeguards ensure safe family swimming during the summer and surfers come from all over the country to enjoy the great waves and clean water.

Porlock Beach: Porlock Beach is a long rock and pebble beach in a stunning location by Porlock Weir at the western end of Porlock Shingle Ridge.

Combe Martin Beach: The beach itself is a mixture of mostly shingle and pebbles, but it becomes more sandy as you approach the water. It's a great location for swimming as its sheltered position means that it's protected from particularly strong currents or waves.

National parks

Exmoor National Park: Bordering North Devon and West Somerset, Exmoor boasts dramatic coastlines, moorland, and wooded valleys. It's home to the largest red deer herd in England. You can also ride the iconic Exmoor ponies at the Exmoor Pony Centre featured in activities section. There also multiple attractions to go see, Tarr steps, Dunster Castle and Watermill, Valley of Rocks, Watersmeet and more.

Dartmoor National Park: Dartmoor in South Devon is known for its rugged moorland, granite tors, and ancient clapper bridges. It also has a rich history with remnants of its past, such as Bronze Age stone circles, menhirs, and abandoned medieval farmhouses.
